The venue

The Journées d'Informatique Musicale (May 24-26, 2023) will take place at the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme Paris Nord, located at 20, avenue George Sand, 93210 Saint-Denis.

Metro line 12, station : Front Populaire

Bus n° 139, 239, 512, stop Front Populaire

On May 24, 2023, participants will be welcomed in the lobby on the first floor to the right, from 8:45 to 9:45. It will then move to the 1st floor, in front of the amphitheater where the conferences will take place.

The different activities of the conference will be divided between:

- The amphitheater (1st floor) for all presentations, invited lectures, round table, AG AFIM

- The auditorium (1st floor) for concerts and performances

- The studios S17 and S18 (basement, -1) for demonstrations of spatialization software, listening to electroacoustic pieces in 3D dome, installations. Access to these activities in the studios will only be possible upon registration at the reception desk on the 1st floor.

- The panoramic room (4th floor) for the demonstrations of the AFIM "Musique en réseau" working group

The district offers several possibilities for lunch:

Accommodation

We advise you to find accommodation along line 12 of the metro, which serves the MSH directly (station: Front Populaire), avoiding the area around the stations Porte de la Chapelle or Marx Dormoy. The Montmartre neighborhood around the Jules-Joffrin, Lamarck-Caulaincourt or Abbesses stations is very pleasant.
